Convert PDF bank statements to Excel files instantly. Fast, secure, and accurate conversion with 99.9% accuracy. Professional-grade bank statement processing.
I built BankConvert because I got tired of doing something really boring.
My dad runs a small business, and every month he would ask me to help copy transactions from PDF bank statements into Excel. It sounds simple… but it’s honestly painful. You miss rows, formatting breaks, numbers don’t line up and it takes forever.
After doing this way too many times, I thought: there has to be a better way.
So I built one.
You upload a bank statement PDF → it gives you a clean Excel file in seconds. No templates, no manual fixing.
That’s basically it.
It works with a lot of different bank formats (that part took most of the time 😅), and I’ve been trying to make it as “upload and done” as possible.
I’m still improving it, so I’d genuinely love to hear:
Did it work for your use case? Where did it break? What would make you actually use this regularly?
Appreciate anyone who gives it a try and happy to answer anything 🙏
