Prove real AI agency and P&L impact not just experimentation
The verifiable proof layer for real AI agency. Get tamper-proof evidence of what your AI did, the rule it followed, and the verified savings it produced against a signed baseline, so you can move from AI experimentation to results you can prove. Open source, free to start.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Rashed, one of the makers of AskLedger.
Here's the problem we kept running into: AI is being handed real agency now. Agents delete data, approve loans, price products, take actions with real consequences. But when something goes wrong, there is no independent, verifiable record of what the AI actually did or whether it was allowed to.
We have all seen the stories. An agent wiped a production database in seconds. An algorithm quietly overpaid on thousands of decisions and lost a fortune before anyone could prove why. In every case, the same gap: the AI was acting, but no one could verify their own homework.
AskLedger is a verifiable proof layer for AI. In a few lines of code, every consequential action your AI takes becomes a signed, tamper-evident receipt: what it did, the rule it was checked against, and whether it stayed inside policy. Months later you can prove exactly what happened, to an auditor, a regulator, or your own board.
What you can try today:
🔓 The core SDK is open source (Apache-2.0) on GitHub
📦 npm install and a one-command demo to see receipts generated live
🧾 A free scan to see where your AI usage has no record behind it
A few honest notes, because this space is full of overclaiming: receipts are tamper-evident, not magic. We do not make your model smarter or "correct." We make what it did provable, keep it inside the rules you set, and make failures visible early instead of in a writedown.
I would genuinely love your feedback, especially from anyone building agents that take real actions. What would make you trust an AI in production? What is missing? I will be here all day answering everything.
Thank you for checking it out 🙏
finally something that actually shows what my AI did instead of just trusting it. tried it on a workflow and the signed baseline report was way more convincing than the usual logs
finally got around to trying this and the baseline comparison really clicked for me, makes it way easier to show my team what the agent actually saved versus just vibes.
Love that the open source angle comes first instead of being buried behind a paywall. The signed baseline for verified savings is a clever way to make AI results actually defensible.
honestly the proof layer idea is really solid, but you should add a simple dashboard view where you can compare different AI runs side by side instead of just looking at one at a time. would make it way easier to actually spot which agent or rule is saving the most
