Asked Thrice
See if AI recommends your brand, or your competitors
Asked Thrice reads your site, derives the questions your buyers ask an AI, runs them against the model APIs, and shows where you appear, where a competitor does, and where nobody does. Counts with their N, raw answers as evidence. No score, no subscription.
Hi Product Hunt, solo founder here, building from Buenos Aires.
On the name: the whole idea is asking more than once. We landed on five runs,
which is what the study below uses.
Asked Thrice exists because of one uncomfortable number: we asked the same buyer
question 5 times to the same model, across 30 categories and three model APIs
(4,500 answers), and got the same set of brands back only 15% of the time. The
first-named brand held in 3 of 4 runs; half of all brands named appeared once.
The dataset is public, CC BY: https://askedthrice.com/research...
So the product refuses to give you a score. It reads your site, derives the
questions your buyers actually ask an assistant, runs them against the model
APIs, and shows counts with their N, the competitors taking your slots, the
pages you are missing, and every raw answer as evidence. Which model runs on
which surface is on the methodology page, down to the model id.
What it costs: the first audit is free, no signup, about a minute. The full
report is USD 9 one time. A lifetime pass is USD 29.99 one time and covers
every report and re-run forever. There is no subscription: monitoring platforms
in this category start at USD 95 a month, and most teams need a diagnosis
before they need a dashboard.
What it does NOT do, so nobody buys it confused: it measures the model APIs
(budget-tier models, all named on the methodology page), not the consumer
ChatGPT app, and it does not run web browsing. It never guarantees rankings.

Try the free repeatability tool without signing up: pick one question, we run
it five times and show you how much the list moves:

If you would rather stay in the terminal, the same five-run check is one
command, also free and with no account or API key:
npx askedthrice repeat "best CRM for startups"
I will be here all day. Ask me anything, including the hard questions about
whether this category can be measured at all. That is my favorite topic.
