I built ArtistPass after reviewing portfolio products for actors and artists. Many were either visually dated, expensive for someone early in their career, or easy to launch but hard to keep current without a developer.
ArtistPass is my small, open-source answer: a polished public site plus a browser Admin for the updates artists make most often. The demo uses a fictional performer profile, and the code is available on GitHub.
The current deploy flow is still developer-oriented, so I have labelled it honestly. I’m sharing the project now to learn whether people value self-management, which artist category needs a distinct layout next, and whether a simpler assisted setup is worth building.
I’d love candid feedback on the portfolio, the Admin experience, and the idea itself.
Love that the content lives in your own project rather than behind some SaaS lock-in. Deployed the demo to Vercel in a couple of minutes and the portfolio template actually looks refined out of the box.
