I'm Emir, founder of Luw.ai, an AI design platform used by 3M+ architects and designers. Over the last two years we've generated 250M+ designs: renders, redesigns, sketch-to-render, 3D models. That layer, we've mastered.
But our users kept pushing us further: "the visuals are incredible, now give me the plan." The actual deliverable. Millimeter-precise, buildable, real.
So we built ArchiAgent. It lives inside Studio, a full 3D architectural editor that runs in your browser. You talk to it, sketch, upload a photo, or scan a room with your iPhone, and the agent designs the space zero-to-hero: walls, doors, furniture, lighting, and yes, our renders on top. Homes, hotels, hospitals, restaurants.
The part I'm most proud of: it audits its own work. It takes 2D snapshots of the plan and checks door clearances, furniture overlaps, circulation, then fixes what's wrong. Like a junior architect who double-checks before showing you the drawing.

A version history toggle on the floor plan canvas would be really useful, so you can scrub back to an earlier layout if a later edit goes sideways. Right now once it redraws I worry about losing a layout I actually liked.
The self-audit step is genuinely clever, that's the part most floor plan tools skip and it's exactly where architecture actually lives.
Tried a quick layout and honestly the scale placement was way better than I expected, fixtures actually fit where they should. The audit step catching my own dumb sizing mistake was a nice touch, kind of feels like having a second set of eyes.
