Hi everyone, I'm Marcin, the developer behind Apptorium and apps like SideNotes.
Large displays give you more room to work. They also put more distance between the things you use.
For me, that meant moving the mouse between my code editor and the iOS Simulator on another screen. Back and forth, all day. A designer might make the same trip between a canvas and a color palette.
I created Cursor Teleporter to give those repeated trips a keyboard shortcut. You can jump to another display or save specific cursor positions and move between them, on one screen or several.
I've just released version 2.0, shaped by feedback from people using the original app. Here's what's new:
- Edge Teleporting. Hold Option and move through a screen edge. Your cursor appears on the opposite side.
- Separate shortcuts for displays and saved points. Both are available at once, and you can now go backwards as well as forwards.
- Cursor highlighting. See where you landed, or find the cursor with a shortcut without moving it.
- Apple Shortcuts and AppleScript support. Add cursor movement to your own automations.
There's also a visual overview of your saved points, a redesigned interface, and new teleport animations.
Version 2 is a free update for all existing users, including those who purchased on the Mac App Store. For new users, it's $7.99 as a one-time purchase. There's a 30-day trial on the website, and it requires macOS 26 or later.
