Angebotsmeister turns what a tradesperson says on site into a quote: proper line items, prices that show where they came from, a PDF the customer can accept online. One tap then makes the invoice. Built for the German trades, in German, free to start.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Daniel, maker of Angebotsmeister.
Most tradespeople in Germany run 1–5 person shops. The Meister is on the building site all day, and the quotes get written in the evening at the kitchen table, from Word templates, Excel price lists and WhatsApp photos. One quote easily eats an hour. Quotes that go out late lose jobs.
So we built the quoting tool around the thing they already do all day: talking.
🎙️ Speak the job on site ("living room, 25 m², strip the woodchip, skim coat, two coats of white…")
📋 Get separate line items with description, quantity and unit, in proper trade German
💶 Prices come with their source: your hourly rate and materials, or your own past quotes (scan old quotes once and they become your price memory). The AI suggests, you decide.
📄 A clean PDF with your letterhead, sent by email or shared from your own WhatsApp
✅ Your customer accepts online, without an account, and you get a push
🧾 One tap turns the accepted quote into an invoice (ZUGFeRD e-invoice, DATEV export)
Some remarks:
• It's German-only and built for the DACH market (the trade vocabulary, DIN 5008 letters, e-invoicing rules). The screenshots are the real German UI.
• iPhone app + web. Android is in review.
• Free to start; paid plans are flat per business, not per seat.
Does it work well with technical German terms and trade specific vocabulary?

Angebotsmeister was hunted by Michael Lukaszczyk.
