Hey PH, maker here. Built this after realizing my own family archive was unusable: great photos, zero way to actually find one specific shot from a birthday a few years back without scrolling for 20 minutes. Wanted something that respects a drive you already trust instead of asking you to hand it to a cloud service. Would love feedback on the timeline UI especially, it's the part I iterated on most and I'm not sure I got it right yet.
