I built AIVancePro because I was frustrated with the state of fitness coaching — you either pay €50+/hour for a personal trainer, or you're stuck with generic programs that don't adapt to you.
I'm an engineer by training, and I wanted to solve this with AI. So I built an app that acts as your personal trainer in your pocket — it generates fully personalized workouts based on your level, equipment, and goals, and includes an AI coach (Vance) available 24/7 to answer any fitness question.
What started as a side project became a full product with periodization plans, overtraining detection, progress analytics, and a community with challenges.
The stack: React + Capacitor for iOS/Android, Supabase for the backend, OpenAI for the coaching engine. Built by a 2-person team from France.
