A new suite of AI features that allow any team to rapidly unlock the value of AI. With Airtable AI, teams can augment critical workflows and ultimately, increase revenue by making better decisions, faster.
At long last — I've been waiting for this to launch.
There was a third party plugin called TableMate that connected your bases to ChatGPT, but it was kind of clunky. Having native access to several models directly within Airtable is an actual gamechanger.
Very much looking forward to exploring this.
Airtable AI allows customers to choose which AI models to utilize based on their needs and preferences. Currently, foundation models are provided by OpenAI GPT-3.5 and GPT-4, as well as Anthropic Claude and Claude 2 via Amazon Bedrock. No data is retained within these models, and customer data is not used to train current or future models, so teams can ensure their data is secure. As new capabilities become available, Airtable will add additional models to give customers an even wider breadth of choice. Additionally, Airtable AI is a paid, opt-in feature that is only enabled if purchased and turned on. Airtable admins can choose to enable this functionality for a specific set of workspaces, or for all workspaces within your organization in the Admin Panel.
Excited to see the AI launch of Airtable!
Opening up fresh avenues in routine labour is revolutionary. AI is revolutionary in its ability to connect, organise, and analyse workflows.
I'm interested to watch how this improves efficiency and changes enterprises, and congratulations on the launch.
