The short version of what got me building this: the average UK small business is sitting on around 800 supplier and client contracts, and only about 1 in 4 keep them all in one place. The rest are scattered across inboxes, Drive folders, and whatever cabinet they landed in — which is exactly how a renewal notice period gets missed, or nobody notices an auto-renewal clause until the invoice shows up.
Every tool I looked at wanted you to migrate everything into it first, which for a busy small business owner just means it never actually happens. So Agreemnt doesn't ask for that — point it at your inbox and Drive/OneDrive and it finds what's already there, flags what's renewing and when notice is actually due (not just the end date), and calls out things like auto-renewal terms or liability caps buried in the fine print. There's also a plain-English Q&A over your contracts, and it reconciles against Xero/QuickBooks/FreeAgent/Sage if you use one of those.
