This app started as a personal project. I have ADHD and got tired of every productivity tool assuming my brain works like everyone else's. Streaks that reset after one bad day. Screens full of guilt. Systems too rigid to survive a real ADHD morning.
So I built something different. ADHDaily is designed around how ADHD brains actually work — progress over perfection, instant thought capture, flexible structure, and zero punishment for off days.
This is my first app. Every line of code, every pixel, every decision was made by one person with a diagnosis and a stubborn belief that the right tool can genuinely change someone's day.
