Zigmo started as a simple question: why do most word games give you one puzzle a day and then... nothing?
I love Boggle, but I wanted the real-time multiplayer version, racing friends on the same grid, live. That became the core of Zigmo. But once I started building, I couldn't stop at one game, so it grew into a platform of 11 word games, all under one progression system with daily challenges, unlimited play, and weekly/monthly leaderboards to keep the competition going.
My process was very iterative: ship something small, watch how people actually play, adjust, repeat. The multiplayer/leaderboard layer especially went through several redesigns based on what kept people coming back vs. what fell flat.
Zigmo is free to play, available in English, French & Dutch, and works on both web and mobile.
