Wise Routine
Makes room for your routine around your meetings
Choose what you want to make time for: deep work, a walk, a good stretch. Wise Routine finds room around your meetings and adapts when your day changes.
I built Wise Routine because I kept forgetting to get out of my chair. I’d get absorbed in work, sit for hours, and feel it in my back. Reminders helped, until a meeting landed at the same time. 'After this call' would turn into the end of the day. Walks, a proper lunch, an hour to focus: the things I wanted to protect were always the first to go. Other tools filled my calendar with blocks I had to rearrange whenever plans changed.
Wise Routine reads your busy times from Google Calendar or Outlook and fits activities into the gaps, in its own space. When a meeting moves, only the affected activities shift.
Nothing is written back to your calendar.
I built it for my back, but also for all the things I kept saying I’d do “later.” When your day gets turned upside down, what’s the first thing you drop?
Honest answer on the waitlist: the app is ready. I've been using it daily for some time now. What isn't finished is Google and Microsoft approving the calendar read permissions.
