Wintel
Event-driven investment analysis
Most tools start with charts; Wintel starts with world events. Every conflict, election, and rate shock is traced to the assets it moves — grounded in what markets actually did after comparable past events, not AI guesses. Unique to us: a public track record grading every call against real 24h outcomes, misses included (wintel.site/track-record), an AI that reads actual 10-K filings, and analysis AI agents already buy autonomously via x402.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
Solo founder here. I built Wintel because of a gap I kept hitting as a trader: when something happens in the world — a strait gets blockaded, a central bank surprises, an election flips — every terminal shows you the price reaction, but none answer the question you actually have: "what does this usually mean for my positions?"
So Wintel is built event-first. It watches global events around the clock, scores them, traces them to the sectors and assets in the blast radius — and, crucially, records what markets actually do in the hours and day that follow. When the next comparable event breaks, the answer comes from that recorded history, not from an AI improvising.
Since our last launch, three big things shipped:
🧠 Wintel AI — ask anything about the world or a ticker. For US stocks it reads the actual SEC 10-K and answers with cited passages, not vibes.
🎨 A rebuilt terminal — it learns your Investor DNA and reshapes itself around the markets you trade: stocks, forex, futures, or crypto.
📱 Mobile PWA — the full terminal, installable on your phone.
And the thing I'm most proud of: we grade ourselves in public. Every directional call is scored against the real 24-hour outcome — hits and misses — at wintel.site/track-record. Our current hit rate is honestly unimpressive in places, and that's the point: you can trust a tool that shows you its misses.
I'd genuinely love to hear: what's the one world event that burned your portfolio because you saw it too late? That's the exact problem I'm trying to kill.
Free tier available — no card needed. I'll be here all day answering everything. 🙏
