Hey Product Hunt, I'm Mike, maker of When Works For You. We just launched a holistic update and modern redesign of the site and would love your feedback!
The problem is old: eight people, one game night, and forty messages to land on a Saturday. The first version of this site did the simple thing well. Propose dates, share a link, watch the votes. That part is still free and always will be.
What I kept hearing was that the poll isn't the hard part. The hard part is the two people who never answer. So the new version adds autopilot: paste a guest list, we send the invites by email, read whatever people reply ("any Friday but the 20th works"), nudge the stragglers, and help you see the winning date. You can even forward an existing email thread and the site will draft the event from it.
It's built for the groups that schedule over and over: book clubs, rec-league teams, the family reunion committee, friend get-togethers, D&D tables, etc.
