I kept getting meeting times wrong with people in other countries. Calendar
invites solve it when everyone's in the same system with their timezone set
correctly — but a lot of scheduling happens in Slack DMs and WhatsApp, where
"let's sync at 3" carries zero timezone info.
So: whattimefor.me. Enter the time once in your zone, get a link, paste it
anywhere. Whoever opens it sees the meeting on their own clock. They don't
sign up for anything — that felt important, since the person checking a
meeting time shouldn't need an account to find out when it is.
The part I'm most pleased with is Meeting Health. Before you send the link,
it scores the time: pick 11pm and it tells you that's 2am in Singapore and
3am in Tokyo — 7/100, don't send that. Pick 10am and it's 100/100. It catches
the "wait, it's 3am for them?" moment before someone has to complain about it.
Also in there: search any city to check one specific time, add to Google
Calendar or Apple/Outlook, installs to your home screen, and the person
receiving it sees who sent it.
