VoTask
Say it on the call. It's already assigned.
Say a task out loud during a live call and VoTask assigns it to the right person before the call ends. When the meeting finishes, it reads the transcript and files the rest as tasks with owners and due dates. Voice works in 50+ languages, including Hindi. Say a teammate's name to see everything on their plate. Tasks carry status, subtasks, dependencies and manager approvals, so a spoken commitment becomes work someone owns. Free. Web, Android, iOS and Claude via MCP.

Who hunted VoTask?
VoTask was hunted by Befach . A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community. Hi Product Hunt,
I run strategy and operations at an import business in Hyderabad. Every week the same thing happened: a good call, real decisions, and then nothing moved - because nobody wrote down who owned what, and I was the one chasing it.
So we built VoTask around one moment. You are on a call and you say "Ravi, send the vendor quote by Thursday" - and it is already a task on Ravi's list, with Thursday on it, before the call ends. No notes app, no typing, no follow-up message afterwards.
When the meeting finishes, it reads the transcript and files whatever else was agreed.
Voice works in Hindi as well as English. Most of our team thinks in Hindi and types in English, and every tool we tried only spoke American.
It is free, on Android and web.
I am here all day. I would honestly rather hear what broke than hear that you liked it - tell me what fell over and I will fix it this week.
