I built VideoExpander because I kept running into the same annoying video problem: you have a good clip, but it is in the wrong aspect ratio.
A vertical video needs to become landscape.
A tight shot needs more space.
An AI-generated video looks good, but the frame is too narrow.
A clip needs to fit YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, a website, an ad, or a presentation.
Most tools solve this by cropping the video, adding blur borders, stretching the clip, or leaving black bars.
VideoExpander takes a different approach: it uses AI video outpainting to expand the frame itself.
You upload a video, choose a target format, and VideoExpander generates new visual content around the original frame. The original video stays in place, while the missing edges are created with AI.
