Useroam

One platform between your guests and your staff

Useroam turns the moment a guest joins your WiFi into two things at once. One: a known contact, with consent, who comes back through automated WhatsApp and SMS campaigns, smart surveys and a QR menu. Two: a live request channel, so a guest asking for towels becomes an assigned task with an owner, a deadline and an SLA clock on your staff’s phones. Works on the firewall you already own: Sophos, FortiGate, MikroTik, Palo Alto, Zyxel, Ruijie, Cisco. 800 venues in Türkiye run on it.

Hi Product Hunt, I run Useroam. Around 800 venues in Türkiye use us, mostly hotels, restaurants and shopping centres. We started as plumbing: let guests online, keep the logs the law requires. Useful, invisible, replaceable. Then a hotel owner asked me something I could not answer. "Four thousand people connected to my WiFi last year. Why can I not talk to any of them?" He was right, and it got worse the longer I looked. The same hotel had a second problem nobody connected to the first one: a guest wanting towels would call reception, reception would write it on paper, housekeeping would hear about it twenty minutes later, and nobody could tell you afterwards how long it took. Both problems start at the same place. The guest's phone is already in their hand and already connected to your network. Everything else is a routing question. So Useroam now runs both sides of that. Guest side. The WiFi login is where an anonymous visitor becomes a known contact, with explicit consent. From there: welcome messages minutes after the first visit, win-back messages when someone stops coming, loyalty campaigns for regulars, post-visit surveys that route unhappy guests to the manager instead of Google Reviews, a QR digital menu with table-level analytics, and a hotel guest portal where the guest asks for anything without calling reception. Staff side. Every request becomes a task. It is assigned, it has an owner, it has a clock. SLA rules escalate it if it sits too long. Housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, lost property, room status, all of it on the staff app on iOS and Android, or in the browser for anyone who would rather not install anything. Staff sign in with their phone number, see only their own department's tasks, and managers watch a live board instead of a stack of paper. The thing I did not expect: operations turned out to be the stickier half. Marketing gets you interest. Tasks with deadlines get used every single shift. It works on top of whatever network hardware the venue already has, which is the other part I am stubborn about. Sophos, FortiGate, MikroTik, Palo Alto, Zyxel, Ruijie. We do not sell boxes. We are now moving beyond Türkiye and I would genuinely like to know whether this reads as one coherent product where you are, or as two products stapled together. That is the thing I am least sure about. Happy to go into the architecture, the privacy side, or why we refuse to ship hardware. Tugay
