Why I built Unscroll
I kept noticing how easy it was to tell myself, "I'll just check Instagram for five minutes," especially before bed — and then lose an hour scrolling.
I wanted a simple way to create a boundary that didn't depend entirely on willpower.
So I built Unscroll: choose the apps, set your quiet hours, and Unscroll blocks those distractions during that time.
I'm launching it on Product Hunt because I want honest feedback from people who struggle with the same problem.
