Unlived — The life you didn't live

Simulate the life you didn't live — in minutes

Describe a real decision you didn't take. Unlived generates two plausible parallel life timelines — year by year — plus a bridge plan showing what's still within reach. Free on iOS and Android. Hey Product Hunt 👋

I'm Vasanth — I built Unlived as a solo developer while working full time.

The idea came from a simple observation: most people carry at least one "what if" decision quietly for years. Not with regret necessarily — just with curiosity. And there was no good way to actually explore it.

The hardest part of building this wasn't the AI pipeline — it was making the output feel human. The first version read like a performance review. Users told me "it doesn't connect." They were right.

The Reflection layer went through multiple rewrites until it stopped analysing decisions and started witnessing them. That's the difference between a what-if generator and something worth sitting with.

Would love your honest feedback — especially if you have a real fork you've wondered about. What decision would you simulate?
