After I started working with coding agents, I kept sending another prompt instead of getting out of my chair. So I built Unfocus to help me step away.
It reminds you to look into the distance, with 20-second breaks every 20 minutes by default. You can adjust the timing, take a break now, or pause reminders. The dashboard and 90-day history help you reflect on your active time, time away, and breaks without turning your day into a score.
Built with Rust and Tauri. Free and open source. Your history stays on your device; no accounts or telemetry.
