TripleTime
Log time outside your project tools. Sync when you're ready!
Most time tracking is locked inside your project management tools. You need a ticket, the app open, and your data stays theirs. Even if you're tracking time in an external tool. TripleTime is standalone. Write a description, set the time, done. No ticket needed. - Works alongside your (if any) project management tools. - No ticket required. Log anything. - One-way sync when you're ready. - Track simultaneous tasks. - Free to start, no installation.
I've seen this issue around me a lot. Colleague's, clients, friends, no matter what business they're in, if they need to track time, what do they do? Maybe they write down their work on paper, maybe they log it in a spreadsheet. Mostly they don't directly log in their software but do so in hindsight. Why not, even if that's where the administration should end up? Because there's too many variables. Sometimes you just have to switch work quickly and the tickets does not exist yet. Other times it's internal work that does not even have a ticket. We try to solve this and many other issues regarding personal logging and try to facilitate a frictionless sync to whatever system you use (2 for now, more to come asap). No more timers, no more spreadsheets, no more manual re-entering the logs.
Feedback and ideas are more than welcome!
