Maker here. I built this after a free trial auto-renewed on me and I didn't notice until the charge hit. Turns out I'm not the only one — nearly half of people forget to cancel a trial before it converts to paid.
Free Trial Reminder watches for trial signup language at checkout, asks if you want to track it (nothing happens automatically without you confirming), and reminds you before the charge date.
