I built Token Pilot after repeatedly running into the same issue while working with AI APIs: I had no clear visibility into token usage in real time.
Most tools either hide this information or show it in external dashboards that are disconnected from the actual workflow. That makes optimization slow and reactive instead of immediate.
So I built Token Pilot.
What it does:
