I built this because I think we're approaching AI use from the wrong direction.
Today, it's incredibly easy to ask AI:
“Write this.”
“Solve this.”
“Give me ideas.”
“Do this for me.”
And that's convenient.
But what happens when the task itself is supposed to develop your thinking?
That's where THINK → ASK → REBUILD comes in.
THINK: Make your own attempt.
ASK: Let AI explain, challenge, research or review.
REBUILD: Take what you learned and create the final result yourself.
I turned the framework into a small practical toolkit with a guide, 20 prompts and a reusable planning template.
