Taskletto
Notes and tasks in one place — no more switching apps
Taskletto combines a rich-text note editor with a full-featured task manager and an infinite canvas (Quadros). Capture ideas, turn them into tasks with deadlines, subtasks, priorities and reminders, then track progress on Kanban boards — all in a single app. Free to start, no credit card required.
Hey! 👋
I built Taskletto because I was tired of switching between a notes app, a to-do app, and a whiteboard just to manage my own ideas. Every time I had a thought, I'd jot it down somewhere — and it would get lost before becoming anything real.
The idea was simple: what if your note could become a task? No copy-pasting, no context switching. You write the idea, add a deadline, set a reminder, and it's done — all in the same place.
We recently launched Quadros, our infinite canvas, so now you can also sketch flows and diagrams right alongside your notes. It's the tool I always wanted and couldn't find.
Taskletto is free to start — 10 notes, 20 tasks, no credit card needed. I'd love to hear your feedback. What features would make this a daily driver for you? 🚀

Taskletto was hunted by Lucas Bonavina. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
