I built Suvo because supplement routines get complicated surprisingly fast.
You might take a multivitamin, magnesium, vitamin D, something for sleep, something for training — but understanding how everything fits together usually means reading labels, comparing doses, and searching across multiple sources.
Suvo is designed to make that simpler.
You can scan supplements, build your stack, track what you take, and review things like overlapping ingredients, dosage totals, timing, and potential interactions in one place.
The goal is simple: **Know your stack.**
I’m especially interested in hearing how people currently manage their supplements and what still feels unnecessarily difficult.
