Quick backstory: I spent 3 months talking to contractors about why they lose money. The answer was always the same -- they finish the job, send the invoice, and then feel too awkward to follow up when payment doesn't come. One plumber told me he had $22,000 outstanding and was pulling from personal savings to make payroll.
That's the problem Surety solves. We make the call for them.
The AI voice runs on OpenAI's nova model with Twilio for the phone infrastructure. Calls handle the 6 most common objections ("didn't receive it", "check's in the mail", "call me Friday", etc.). Payments go through Stripe Connect directly to the contractor.
