Hi everyone! I'm Joanna, founder at Subliss.
I've listened to subliminals for about ten years. A subliminal is affirmations recorded under rain or music, quiet enough that you stop following the words. In that time I kept switching between tracks and had nothing keeping me consistent, which is how most of them ended up abandoned.
The ones I stuck with were the ones I made myself, in my own voice, with lines written for my own situation. Making them was the hard part. I found the subliminal tools out there lacking, and CapCut and Audacity cumbersome for this.
So we built what I wanted:
- Write your affirmations, or start from 500+ editable lines. On Premium, AI drafts a set from two questions.
- Record in your browser, speed it up to 4x, mix it under rain, ocean, music or a frequency, and save a five-minute loop.
- Track plays, reps, days practised and a consistency score for every track, so you can see whether you are keeping it up.
You wrote every line, so you know what your subconscious is hearing. We built Subliss because we believe subliminals work, and work best in your own voice.
It's a web app, with no iOS or Android app yet. The free plan is 3 subliminals in total, and listening is free on every plan.
