Strata

Make photos you can tilt around

Strata is a 3D photo camera for interactive memories. Capture a moment, add depth, and let people tilt their phone to explore it like a tiny window into the place.

Top comment

Hey Product Hunt — I’m building Strata because normal photos still feel stuck in 2D. Strata turns real moments into interactive 3D photos. You can browse as a guest, open a moment, and tilt your phone to feel the depth shift. If you create an account, you can capture your own Stratas, react, comment, link moments through portals, and track engagement in Creator Studio. The product is still tiny, so I’m looking for real feedback more than applause: 1. Is the “photos you can tilt around” idea clear? 2. Would you use this for travel, food, events, campus, or creator posts? 3. What would make you share one? Thanks for trying it — brutal feedback welcome.

Who hunted Strata?

Strata was hunted by Gautam Govind. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
