Hey Product Hunt 👋 We built StoryTree around a simple problem: sometimes the person a child wants at bedtime simply can’t be there. Maybe you’re working late. Traveling. Living in another city. Or you just miss bedtime that night. A video call isn’t always possible, and a generic audiobook doesn’t sound like Mom, Dad, Grandma, or Grandpa. That’s where StoryTree came from. With StoryTree, parents and guardians can record their own stories or create personalized stories with AI and have them narrated in a familiar voice. Kids get a simple, private story library they can return to whenever they want that little bit of familiarity and comfort. We’ve also kept the experience family-focused with parental controls, PIN-protected child profiles, guardian-managed content, and no third-party ads. For us, the interesting part of AI here isn’t generating more content. It’s helping a familiar voice still say, “Once upon a time…” even when that person is miles away. We’d genuinely love feedback from parents, builders, and the Product Hunt community on the experience and where you think StoryTree should go next. 🌳
