Hey Product Hunt! I'm Teja, solo founder of Spotz.
Here's the truth, I was using three different apps just to stay healthy. MyFitnessPal for calories, a separate app for workouts, and YouTube videos to make sure my deadlift wasn't going to wreck my back. It was annoying and I kept dropping one of them every few weeks.
So I built Spotz. One app that tracks your calories with a scan or photo, and actually watches your workout form through your camera giving you real-time corrections. Like having a personal trainer in your pocket.
I built this entirely solo using AI-assisted development no team, no funding, just me and a lot of late nights. This is my first real product launch and I'm genuinely nervous putting it out here.
