I built SitLess because I kept forgetting to stand up after hours of deep work — and my back was paying for it.
What makes it different: the webcam AI detection. Most reminder apps just ping you on a timer, but SitLess actually pauses when you walk away from your desk, so you never get a reminder mid-coffee break.
