SiteGrid
Document job sites organize photos send clean client reports
Sitegrid helps contractors organize job site photos in one place instead of losing them in camera rolls and chats. Create a project, snap photos on site, and quickly send clean, timestamped photo reports to clients. Built by a solo indie dev for small crews who need simple, reliable documentation of their work. I’d love feedback from anyone who runs a crew, manages multiple jobs, or needs a simple way to keep visual records of their work.
I’m a solo indie iOS developer. Sitegrid is my attempt to fix a problem I kept seeing around job sites: photos are everywhere (camera roll, WhatsApp, email) and nowhere when you actually need them.
With Sitegrid, contractors can create a project for each job, snap photos on site, and send clean, timestamped photo reports to clients in seconds. No complex dashboards, no logins for clients — just simple, reliable documentation from the phone you already carry.
I’d really appreciate any feedback, especially from people who run small crews or manage multiple job sites. What’s missing? What would make this a must‑have tool in your workflow?
