SiliconDevKit

Build native Mac apps with AI

Building a Mac app or game usually means learning Swift, setting up Xcode, and other tedious taks. SiliconDevKit lets you skip all that. Describe what you want in plain English and get a native app or game. Keep chatting to improve it, build from 70+ templates, or push the source to GitHub.

I built SiliconDevKit because I wanted a stupidly simple way to turn an idea into a real Mac app.

SiliconDevKit's purpose and mission is simple!
- Describe what you want, keep chatting with it, and get a native .app.

Oh yeah.. and we have a native Mac app for building other Mac apps too (lol).

No coding required. No manual compiling. Just tell it what you want a press go (standard vibe coding flow - for Mac apps!).

Would love to hear what you’d build with it.

I'm honestly impressed at how easy it was to build some of the more "impressive" demos.

Here are some of my personal favorite demos (aka templates you can build from) that I think others would find interesting / useful:

- Agent Deck - a Mac control room for AI coding agents
- Puff - a friendly visual disk space cleaner
- Stem Studio - split a song into vocals, drums, bass and the rest
- Line Speed - measure your internet download, upload and latency
- Talkdown - hold a key, talk, and get clean text on your clipboard
- Cluster Notes - type quick idea cards and watch related ones group together
- Squish - batch-convert images to smaller modern formats
- Cutout - drop in a photo and the background disappears
- Trace - turn a logo or sketch into a clean, scalable SVG
- CodeSnip - capture any region of the screen and copy it as text

The app templates are built on original code, so you're free to use any of our templates to build your own apps.

Love you
