Shipjoin

Ship a Shopify customer's orders together in one parcel

Shipjoin is a Shopify app for when a customer places another order to the same address before the first one ships. It finds those open orders, puts the newer ones on hold so they don't ship separately by mistake, and gives you one packing list with total items and weight. Fulfill the first order as usual and Shipjoin copies its tracking number to the others. It never merges, edits or cancels orders, so sales, taxes, inventory and reports stay accurate. Free plan: 20 groups a month.

Top comment

Hi Product Hunt! I built Shipjoin after seeing how often Shopify stores pay for two or three shipments when the same customer orders again a few hours later. Merging orders usually means editing or cancelling them, which can mess up sales, tax and inventory reports, so Shipjoin doesn't merge anything: it holds the newer orders, gives you one packing list for the whole parcel and copies the tracking number to every order. There's a free plan with 20 groups a month. I'd love to hear how you handle repeat orders today.
