Hi Product Hunt 👋
I’m Max, an indie developer, and today I’m launching Shhepit.
I built Shhepit because I kept noticing the same feeling after meetings: the call ends, but my brain doesn’t immediately leave the meeting.
Sometimes you don’t need another productivity app, a full meditation session, or a long break. You just need a few quiet minutes before moving to the next task.
That’s the idea behind Shhepit.
It’s a minimal macOS menu bar app that gives you short calming sound resets for the middle of a workday. You can choose how you feel, start a calming sound, and take a small pause without opening a heavy app or starting a complicated routine.
My goal was to make Shhepit feel very simple:
Open it.
Choose a sound.
Take a few minutes.
Come back.
It’s still early, and I’m actively improving it, so feedback from people who work on Mac, spend a lot of time in meetings, or just need small resets during the day would mean a lot.
