When the session gets too bloated to even generate a handoff, you're completely stuck. Claude says "Conversation is too long" with +4,000 lines uncommitted and no way forward. ShardStitch solves both: → Reads what survives on disk — git diff, uncommitted work, architecture, dependency graph, last intent → Packages a handoff for Claude, Codex, Gemini, Cursor, Aider, or DeepSeek → When switching is impossible, trims the conversation tree and opens a clean workspace in the same tool with only the essential context injected No cloud.
