Sessary
Pick the database. Map the fields. Next call writes itself.
Sessary sends Fathom meeting notes into the Notion database you pick. Map title, date, attendees, summary, action items, and recording URL. After the call, one row appears. No Zapier. Meeting content is never stored.
Hey Product Hunt —
Sessary sends Fathom meeting notes into the Notion database you pick. No Zapier.
Pick the database. Map the fields. Next call writes itself.
Fathom already writes the notes. Official Fathom → Notion still tells you to use Zapier or Make: https://www.fathom.ai/integratio...
Consultants want this client’s Sessions library, not one dump database.
30-day trial, no card. Then $9/month, or $79 lifetime for the first 50. Meeting content is forwarded and discarded.
Setup (~5 min): https://sessary.com/guides/fatho...
How it works:
1. Paste your own Notion connection token (we test it, then encrypt it).
2. Pick a database you shared and map Title, Date, Attendees, Summary, Action items, Recording URL.
3. Paste a private webhook into Fathom → Settings → API Access. Include summary and action items. Leave the transcript off.
Same recording_id never writes twice. This is a narrow pipe, not another AI note-taker. It only accepts Fathom webhooks. If Fathom ships a native Notion database picker, the gap is gone — say so in the comments and I’ll mark it.
If you currently copy-paste Fathom into Notion, or keep Zapier just for this two-step job, I’d love to hear where this still gets in your way.
