I’m really excited to share Screen Guardian with you today.
The idea came from a story a friend of mine (a teacher) told me - he left his laptop unattended in a classroom, and students managed to access and steal an upcoming exam. That moment made me realize how exposed our devices really are when we step away. Not just in classrooms, but also in cafés, open workspaces, airports, or anywhere people can walk up, access them, or view sensitive information.
So I built Screen Guardian.
It’s an AI-powered app that watches your laptop when you step away and instantly alerts you if someone approaches it. It also detects shoulder surfing while you’re working in public.
Everything runs locally on your device - no cloud, no uploads - so your privacy stays yours.
