Hi PH 👋 — I'm MGrin, solo maintainer. I built Scani because I personally hold USDT on Bybit, EUR on Wise, a few stocks at Interactive Brokers, and ETH in MetaMask — and there was no single tracker that saw all of it. Ghostfolio leans tradfi with manual crypto. rotki is crypto/DeFi-strong with thin brokerage coverage. Maybe Finance is US-bank-first via Plaid. None of them work for someone living across crypto exchanges AND a brokerage AND a multi-currency cash account. Scani connects to all of it via read-only API credentials. 16 exchanges, IBKR Flex Web Service, Wise, every EVM chain via Etherscan V2, Solana via Helius, BTC, Tron, TON. Pricing through CoinGecko + Finnhub + DeFiLlama. Screenshot parsing through GPT for the long tail. 🔧 Two ways to use it: → Self-host: `docker compose -f docker-compose.prod.yml up -d` against your own Postgres / Redis / S3-compatible storage. Multi-arch images on Docker Hub. → Hosted: https://app.scani.xyz (beta, no billing yet — early users get the price locked in once paid tiers ship). 🚀 Open source under MIT, with a real contributor benefit: every merged non-trivial PR earns free permanent access to every paid tier of the hosted version. Documented in CONTRIBUTING.md, not a tweet promise. I'm in the comments all day. Honest feedback on the integration coverage, the architecture, the pricing model when we eventually publish one — all welcome. Repo: https://github.com/MGrin/scani-oss Docs: https://docs.scani.xyz
