SafeSheet
Replace your paper SDS binder with a QR code
Give every site its own QR code. Anyone on site scans it with a phone camera and gets that site's chemical list and each Safety Data Sheet, with no app and no login. Upload the SDS PDFs you already have: SafeSheet reads each sheet and suggests its hazards, and you confirm them before anything is saved. SDS review reminders on every plan. 14-day free trial, no credit card.

Who hunted SafeSheet?
SafeSheet was hunted by Ervin Amaya. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community. Hi Product Hunt 👋
SafeSheet replaces the paper SDS binder with a QR code. Give each site its own code; anyone there scans it with a phone camera and sees that site's chemical list, each chemical's GHS pictograms, signal word and hazard statements, and its Safety Data Sheet. No app, no login.
OSHA allows electronic SDS access, as long as there are no barriers to immediate employee access during each work shift (29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8)). A code that opens without a password helps with that.
Behind the code:
• Upload the SDS PDFs you already have. SafeSheet reads each sheet and suggests the signal word, pictograms and hazard statements; you confirm them before anything is saved.
• SDS review reminders. An SDS doesn't expire, but manufacturers revise them, so SafeSheet reminds you when one is due for a check.
• Enter a product once and assign it to several sites, with the same SDS on each site's code.
• Professional and Business add GHS secondary-container labels and a HazCom training log.
Send us your chemical list and we set up your inventory for you, usually the same day. Support is answered by the builder, not a queue.
