RosterThat

Set up your volunteer roster once, fill the whole season

RosterThat is volunteer scheduling for groups that fill the same shifts every week: churches, sports teams, booster clubs, camps. Set up roles once, generate the season, and auto-fill rotates people fairly. Volunteers claim spots and swap shifts themselves.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built RosterThat because I watched the same thing happen at every church and sports club I've been part of: one coordinator, one spreadsheet, one group chat, and the same five people doing every shift while everyone else went quiet. Signup sheets don't fix this. They reward whoever clicks fastest, and you rebuild them every week. RosterThat starts from the roster instead: • Set up your roles and shift pattern once, then generate the whole season • Auto-fill rotates people fairly based on availability, so nobody gets burned out • Volunteers get a link to claim spots, swap shifts with each other, and say when they can't make it • Email reminders go out automatically before every shift • No app to install, no account needed for a simple signup It's free for small teams (up to 20 people, 2 active rosters). Paid plans are $5 or $12 a month. I'd love to hear how you currently schedule volunteers, and especially what's broken about it.

RosterThat was hunted by Joey Gabbard. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
