Hey Product Hunt. My name is OJ and I spent over 10+ years driving freight across America, and before that I worked as a taxi driver in most busy cities . Those two jobs together showed me more of the road than most people ever see. Driving taxi I watched the same situation play out over and over. Someone had too much to drink, they knew they should not drive, but their car was sitting right there and they had no good option for getting it home safely. Some made the right call and left it. Others did not. I saw what happened when they did not. That stayed with me for years. RideValet Connect came out of all of that experience. A platform where a verified driver comes to your car and drives it anywhere you need, with you or without you. Going home after a night out and do not want to risk it, your Valet drives your car home and you ride along. Need your car at a different location entirely, your Valet takes it there while you go your own way. No towing. No abandoned vehicles. No DUI risk. Just open the app and your car moves. It also solves something very specific for commercial drivers. When a CDL driver burns through their FMCSA Hours of Service they are legally done driving for the day, even if their personal vehicle is right there with them. RideValet Connect lets them call a verified Valet to move their personal car while they rest and stay compliant with federal regulations. No violations. No stress. No vehicle left on the side of a highway. I had zero coding background when I started building this.
