RequestFlow
Client document requests without logins or email chasing
Client document collection software for accounting firms with private checklist links, no client login, upload receipts, and missing-item tracking.RequestFlow helps small bookkeeping and accounting firms collect client documents through private checklist links. Clients upload without creating an account, while firms track missing items, review submissions, request replacements, and follow up from one clear workflow.
I built RequestFlow after seeing how much time small bookkeeping and accounting firms lose chasing client documents across email threads, shared folders, and archaic portals.
RequestFlow keeps it simple:
-Create a checklist of the documents you need
-Send the client a private link
-Let them upload without creating an account
-See exactly what is missing, received, accepted, or needs replacement
-Follow up only on the outstanding items
It isn’t intended to replace a full accounting practice-management suite. It’s for firms that want a simpler way to collect monthly statements, receipts, payroll reports, tax documents, and cleanup files.
RequestFlow is live with a 14-day trial. I’d especially value feedback from bookkeepers, accountants, and tax professionals: would you use this in your daily workflow, and what would stop you from doing so?
