Three weeks ago we made a bet: 10 pushups a day, first one to skip pays dinner. I have not missed a single day since. Not because I'm disciplined. Because he texts me at 11pm asking "did you do yours yet? 😊" and I would rather do 30 pushups on the bathroom floor of a wedding than let that man win.
Every habit app I've tried died in a week. A streak counter doesn't care if you quit. Marco does. That's the whole product.
So: one friend, one daily rep count, camera counts so nobody can lie, miss a day and you lose. No streak freezes. No "skip day" button. If you want mercy, use a different app.
Built it solo. Would love feedback, and if anyone wants to challenge me I'm 24 days in and I'm not stopping.
