Sell private GitHub repo access from a Cloudflare Worker
Tools that sell code usually put a platform between you and the buyer, take a cut, and work only where Stripe does. RepoAccess is one Cloudflare Worker on your own account. A buyer pays with the provider you already use, types their GitHub username, and is invited to the team holding the repo. A refund or chargeback revokes it and cancels a pending invite. Core is AGPL with Stripe. Pro adds Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, Razorpay and Telegram Stars. No OAuth, no server, free Workers tier.
I sell my own products as access to private GitHub repos, from a country most payment processors do not serve. So provider independence was not a feature I added later; it is the reason the thing exists.
The hard part was never granting access. It was taking it back. A refund revokes the product that was refunded, not the buyer — someone who owns two things and refunds one keeps the other, and the check runs against GitHub's live state rather than against my own records. Getting that right is what makes it safe to sell this way at all.
Buyers are invited into a free GitHub organization, where seats cost nothing. A paid Team org charges $4 per member per month, and pending invitations are billed as members too.
Core is AGPL and free: Stripe adapter, the full grant and revoke engine, and a guided setup wizard. Pro is $129 once and adds Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, Razorpay and Telegram Stars.
Telegram Stars is not just another payment method there. It is a full bot: a storefront your buyers browse, a support relay, and payment and refund handling inside the chat.
