Hey everyone, I'm a solo builder, and this came out of watching e-commerce brands get buried in repetitive support questions with no good automated fix, most 'AI chatbots' out there are really just scripted flows that break the moment a question doesn't fit the script. I built this to actually understand and resolve real customer questions using a store's own policies, not a decision tree. Tested it in a real pilot with a live store.
